When job-stress is an element in a conflict, we are the ideal mediators as we can advise on clinical as well as legal aspects of the situation. 

Recent changes to tribunal procedures have not, as intended, cut down the number of cases being heard and, therefore, following the publication of the Gibbons Report, this Institute expects to see far more cases coming to mediation.
